In Texas, commercial construction projects with a cost of $50,000 or more are required to be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and submitted for plan review and inspection to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards.
The consultants with AE Support Group are Registered Accessibility Specialists licensed by TDLR to provide plan review and inspection services as required by the Texas Architectural Barriers Act, Chapter 469, Texas Government Code.

You may register your project, pay fees, and arrange for the inspection in one step by using our web site. We will do the official registration for you and send you a state assigned project number to use to obtain your building permit.

If your project has already been registered and a plan review completed, we can perform the on-site inspection that must be completed within one year following completion.
